Turning 29

Today I turned 29.

I'm reminded that I'm getting older and older with seemingly nothing to show for it.

I'm getting the feeling that I have not accomplished any great thing yet.

I'm thankful for a well-paying job that pays the bills (if I thoroughly enjoy it is another matter).

I'm thankful for a loving family.

I'm thankful for a loving bf.

I'm thankful for good friends.

And I'm thankful for being alive.

Refuge during a Zombie Plague

I was looking at stuff in www.2leep.com and found this picture:



It's supposedly a hunting lodge somewhere in Iceland.

This would be perfect in a period when zombies would overrun the earth (which in my mind is like a dream I'd like to see happening). There's no electricity (but if zombies do overrun the earth, there will be no electricity since noone will man the power stations) and water is collected from the rain.

Joining Twitter

I finally joined twitter.

This after months or a year of hearing about it.

I don't expect anyone to follow my twits (twits doesn't sound good).

I will also not twit each and every thing I do.

Just want an outlet for thoughts that are too short for a full blog post.
